When will my order ship?
Every piece is made to order, which usually takes 2–5 business days, then ships. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days total, and you get tracking the moment it leaves the press.
Are the positions and diagrams accurate?
Yes — that is the whole point. Every diagram is drawn to convention (White at bottom, coordinates on, light square on h1) and every position is engine-verified before it ships. Our signature mate is an original composition, not lifted from anyone’s game.
What if the size is wrong?
Check the size chart on this page before ordering — every piece is made to order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. If anything arrives misprinted or damaged, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it free.
Is the print durable enough for club night?
Yes. Designs are printed with inks rated for repeated washing. Wash inside-out and cold, skip the dryer when you can, and the diagram outlasts the score of the game you wore it to.
